Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee-benefit plan, it may be possible for services to be covered in full or in part. I can provide a statement for you to directly file with your insurance company for reimbursement. To check your out-of-network insurance coverage, please contact your insurance provider directly. I am an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield and can submit claims directly on your behalf.
I accept cash, check (and all major credit cards) as forms of payment at the time of service.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please contact my office at least 24 hours in-advance. Without a 24 hour notice, a client will be responsible for the full-cost of the session.
