    Here to help. Change is not easy, and you don’t have to do it alone. 

    As an experienced and skilled psychotherapist, my goal is to help you to feel better, whether that means creating more fulfilling relationships, feeling less anxious or depressed, or navigating life transitions. 

    My approach is empathic, authentic and warm, providing safe and affirming guidance in addressing concerns that might be related to:

    • Stress, Self-Esteem, Coping, Assertiveness
    • Self-Compassion
    • Life Transitions and Adjustment Reactions

    • Family of Origin/Childhood relational issues, trauma (such as emotional neglect, sexual/physical abuse)

    My work is integrative and wholistic, considering mind-body approaches that are tailored to be healing and impactful for each individual. 

    I have received advanced training in an effective, research-based model of therapy, AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy) that can be particularly helpful in personal growth, healing and flourishing.
