    Group Therapy

Group therapy offers a safe and affirming environment to work on and address both personal and interpersonal growth.

I lead psychotherapy process groups for women which meet in-person. In addition to the processing and sharing of feelings, thoughts, and experiences, women learn skills and coping strategies based from the therapy model AEDP ( with the goals of:

    *undoing aloneness

    *strengthening interpersonal relationships

    *building self-compassion, resilience, and assertiveness

    *enhancing emotional awareness

    *********Currently, welcoming new members*********

    *Tuesday evenings – 5:30pm to 7:00pm

    *Wednesday afternoons – 12:00pm to 1:30pm

Group size is intentionally kept small for more intimate processing and support (5 to 6 women). Cost is $75.00 per- 90 minutes weekly. All inquiries are welcome. Interested women are asked to commit to trying the group for 3 or 4 sessions.

I also teach an Introduction to AEDP course which I am offering, both in the community to mental health clinicians and academically at UPenn.
