Group therapy offers a safe and affirming environment to work on and address both personal and interpersonal growth.

WELCOMING NEW MEMBERS:
Women’s Psychotherapy Process Group
Groups are run for 6 week intervals and are ongoing.
In addition to the processing and sharing of feelings, thoughts, and experiences, women learn skills and coping strategies based from the therapy model AEDP (https://aedpinstitute.org) with the goals of:
*undoing aloneness
*strengthening interpersonal relationships
*building self-compassion, resilience, and assertiveness
*enhancing emotional awareness
*Groups meet on Zoom (or hybrid and in-person).
